The NSS was introduced in this college from the session 2017-18 with one unit of 60 nos. students to promote national consciousness and to inculcate a sense of social responsibility,discipline and dignity of labor among the students which shall create a sense of participation in nation building activities. At present Its converted to Co-unit of 100 no students both boys & girls.

It monitored by Govt.of India through their Asst. Program Advisor, Program Co-ordinator of Rajenda University, Balangir and the program Officers of this college.

Objectives:- The main objectives of NSS are

• to arouse the social consciousness of the student.
• to encourage them to work with and among the common people.
• to engage the students in peaceful-constructive activities.
• to put the scholarship of students to practical use in removing the superstitions of people.
